Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Formulate and oversee a team of agents dedicated to promoting life insurance products.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and business expansion within the agency channel.
- Lead, coach, and train the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Foster relationships with key clients and partners to enhance business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
Candidate Criteria:
- Graduate degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Field Sales and Marketing
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
