Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibility:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and create plans for entering and expanding in those markets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
