Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and analyze market trends to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare forecasts for management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing to create impactful promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 2+ years of sales experience BFSI Sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Age up to 30 is preferred.
