Job description :
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead the home loan and LAP (Loan Against Property) sales in Hyderabad. This is a field sales role focused on driving new business through lead generation and relationship-building, with no pre-provided leads. You will be responsible for delivering growth targets and establishing a strong customer base in your assigned region.
Key responsibilities :
- Prospect and acquire new customers for home loans and LAP products through direct field sales efforts.
- Generate leads and identify sales opportunities within your local market.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting the company's products to prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, real estate agents, and developers to drive business.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and product presentations with customers to close deals.
- Provide timely updates on market trends, competition, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: from initial inquiry to disbursement.
- Work independently, taking full ownership of your sales territory and pipeline.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering personalized solutions and maintaining a high degree of professionalism.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
