Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Our sales department is looking forward to hiring a passionate and hardworking candidate to work with us as a sales Manager. As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the entire sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- The primary duty is to establish and maintain a high-performing network of Financial Consultants, helping them sell life insurance policies effectively.
- Upon completing the training, your goal will be to achieve sales targets by recruiting, training, managing, and motivating a team of financial consultants.
- Your performance will be assessed based on your success in building a robust and sustainable distribution network to achieve business targets.
Candidate Profile :
- The age Limit is 21 to 38 years.
- Education Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience at 2 years of Life Insurance sales or BFSI sales.
- Android-based smartphone.
- Good communication skill
