Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our insurance products and services.
Additionally, you will actively contribute to our marketing efforts and stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice to clients and recommend insurance products.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
- Meet or speak with clients daily, providing information about policies and answering questions related to coverage and premiums
- Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records
- Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field
Requirements:
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Pharma, Telecom, Real Estate, etc.
- Solid understanding of policies and products.
- Leadership and team management skills
- Graduation
- Local Candidate with Own Bike
