Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
- The person in this position is responsible for recruiting and developing other sales leaders as well as building and maintaining relationships with business owners and employees.
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Identify insurance needs and recommend products.
- Achieve sales targets and metrics.
- Assist with underwriting and documentation.
- Stay compliant with regulations and ethics.
- Continuous learning for professional growth.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Minimum 2 Years
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- CTC upto 4 LPA
