Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive insurance sales through bank partnerships. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with banking teams and provide customers with tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives to enhance performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand customer base, and strengthen brand presence.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and resolve escalated issues.
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and implement improvements.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 Years experience in outside sales, field sales
- Excellent communication
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
- Work independently and manage time effectively
- Prefer local candidate mandatory
