Functions and Accountabilities :
- Agents usually speak with prospective clients in person, over the phone, or web resources, evaluating their requirements and suggesting appropriate life insurance plans.
- They walk clients through the application process and assist them in selecting between various - policy types (term life, whole life, etc.) and coverage amounts.
- Insurance firms spend money on hiring, educating, and assisting agents, giving them the tools they need to sell, handle customers, and understand their products.
- Agents who receive ongoing training are guaranteed to remain current on market trends, new products, and regulatory changes.
- Usually, commissions based on the policies they sell are used to pay agents.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
