Job Description :
- Man Management.
- Ensure planned Sales & Distributions achieved through the team.
- Ensure proper market policies and adherence to schemes implementation.
- Develop and plan activities for sales promotion in co-ordination with Marketing team.
- Budget Control.
- Alignments with C & F and corporate office for smooth functioning of sales plans.
- Increase efficiency of team members by jointly working with them.
- Training and development of the team.
- Coordinate with Brand Managers for Marketing Initiatives & Sales Development for respective Product.
- Indent & Forecasting
Candidate Requirement :
- Age : 24 to 38 Years
- Qualification required
- Administration skill
- Negotiation skill
