Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-3 yrs)
A Financial Sales Manager leads a team of sales representatives focused on selling financial products and services like investments, insurance, loans, or retirement plans to individual and business clients, achieving sales targets by coaching, motivating, and overseeing their sales activities while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Find, select, and develop a top-performing sales force.
- Establish sales targets and quotas for both individuals and teams.
- Track sales results, pinpoint areas that need work, and offer continuing guidance and criticism.
- Encourage and motivate the sales force to meet goals.
Candidate requirement
- Bachelor's degree or graduation in any field
- Experience: Two to three years or more of marketing and sales experience
- Age 21 to 38 years.
