Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Hire, onboard, train and motivate new Sales Development Reps - both to promote career growth and to increase sales opportunities.
- Track and improve procedures, measurements, and instruments to optimize the SDM team's performance.
- Act as an example for the SDR team by being prepared to go into the trenches and provide guidance.
- Update senior sales management on pipeline-building data and projections.
- Collaborate with revenue operations, sales managers, account executives, and cross-functional teams to determine and carry out

Desired Candidate :
- Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Experience : 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
