Job Title : Insurance Sales Executive (Pan-India)
Location : Multiple companies and Locations Across India
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our client base across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales & Acquisition : Identify and acquire new clients through various channels; promote and sell insurance products.
- Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; understand their insurance needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Market Analysis : Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead.
- Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to management.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales or a related field.
- Skills : Strong sales and negotiation skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Education : Bachelor's degree any field
- Certifications : Relevant insurance licenses and certifications (as required).
