Job Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

- Provide training and ongoing support to team members to enhance performance.

- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and conduct performance reviews.

Key Requirements :

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Target-oriented with a strategic approach to sales.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably MBA).
