Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and develop a skilled team of insurance agents, offering continuous coaching and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Promote a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded consistently.
- Analyze competitors' activities and market trends to maintain a competitive advantage and uncover new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, building strong relationships internally and externally.
- Actively pursue new clients through networking, prospecting, and participation in industry events.
- Identify and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and understand client requirements to offer personalized insurance solutions.
- Participate actively in industry networking events to foster lasting professional connections.
Candidate Profile :
- Graduation is mandatory.
- At least 1+ year of experience in BFSI and Life Insurance.
- Age: 22 to 38 years.
- Candidates should have been residents for at least 3 to 5 years.
