Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-6 yrs)
We are seeking a sales manager with experience in the insurance industry to join our team. This role includes managing the agency channel sales process, encouraging business growth, and hitting sales targets. The candidate must have relevant experience in agency channel sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective strategies to reach sales targets through the agency channel.
- Manage and work together with agency partners to ensure smooth operations and maximize business opportunities.
- Making certain that each worker efficiently utilizes their time.
- Respecting and ensuring that staff adhere to agency policies, procedures, and rules.
- Examining current market and industry trends and using the findings to improve how businesses operate.
Requirements :
- The ideal candidate's profile:
- Experience: It is required that you have at least two years of BFSI/insurance sales and marketing experience.
- The age range is 24 to 38.
- Minimum Requirements: A least graduating degree is required.
