Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
This role in involves sourcing, mentoring, and leading a team to promote life insurance policies. Success in this role is measured through client acquisition, retention, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of sales executives to maximize their potential and achieve their objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and other stakeholders to promote the company's products and services.
- Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Participate in market research and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
