Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
Lead and grow the Agency Channel by recruiting, training, and managing agents to achieve sales targets. Drive sales strategies, track performance, and foster agent development to ensure business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing network of insurance agents.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to agents, ensuring product knowledge and sales skills are at their best.
- Monitor and analyze individual and team performance, offering feedback and guidance.
- Foster strong relationships with agents to maximize retention, motivation, and business growth.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and ensure competitiveness.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.
Requirements :
- 1+ years in sales, and marketing.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and leading teams.
- Strong ability to manage, motivate, and develop agents.
- Strategic thinking, excellent communication, and analytical abilities.
- Passion for delivering value through agent performance.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor's degree.
