Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and develop the team of financial advisors. They should also receive continual coaching and mentoring to help them realize their full potential.
- We keep a careful eye on sales performance, examine market trends, and create winning plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Encourage the provision of outstanding customer service and make sure that the needs of your clients are constantly met and exceeded.
- To keep a competitive advantage and spot new business chances, analyze the actions of your competitors and market trends.
- Effectively collaborate with stakeholders and coworkers to establish trusting bonds both inside and outside the company.
Qualification Criteria :
- It is required to graduate.
- Experience with BFSI and life insurance for at least a year.
- Age range : 22-38.
- Candidates must have spent at least 3 to 5 years as natives of the area.
