Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
We are seeking a sales manager to lead and manage a team of advisors, driving business growth on a monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit and oversee a team of advisors, ensuring effective business generation.
- Mobilize and manage business operations through the advisors.
- Provide daily reports on team achievements.
- Conduct performance reviews for advisors to assess and enhance productivity.
- Ensure monthly productivity targets are met.
- Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to reach their goals.
Requirements :
- Minimum graduate degree.
- 2+ years of field sales experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must be local.
