Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- We seek a dynamic Sales Manager to drive our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, ensuring our company remains competitive and innovative.
- Attain growth and meet sales targets by effectively leading the sales team.
- Recruit, train, inspire, and guide a team of sales representatives.
- Identify and recruit potential financial advisors and leaders.
- Explore opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Engage in fieldwork to maximize customer outreach.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Graduate/MBA
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in agency channel exposure
- CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA + Additional Benefits
