Summary:
The Sales Manager role requires a combination of strong sales acumen, relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing insurance agencies, brokers, and agents to drive sales and expand market reach.
- Increase the distribution of insurance products through agency networks by developing effective sales strategies and fostering a high-performance sales culture within the agencies.
- Provide continuous product training, sales materials, and resources to agency partners to ensure they are fully equipped to sell our products effectively.
- Regularly assess the sales performance of agency partners, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Assist agencies in generating new business by providing leads.
- Analyze local market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges within the agency channel.
Requirements :
- Any graduate
- 21-38 age
- 1+ year of experience in sales
- Local preferable
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, goal-oriented approach
- Strong understanding of insurance products
- Performance based incentives
