Job Description :

We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join our sales team as Sales Professionals. You will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals by providing them with comprehensive life insurance solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships: Connect with potential clients through various channels to understand their needs and offer customized life insurance solutions.

- Educate and advise clients: Explain the different types of life insurance policies, their benefits, and features to help clients make informed decisions.

- Achieve sales targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and selling life insurance products.

- Build a strong pipeline of potential customers: Actively prospect for new clients, generate leads and develop a robust sales pipeline.

- Stay informed about industry trends and company products: Keep abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and new product launches to remain competitive.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport, engage effectively, and - clearly explain complex concepts to clients.

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills: Confidently present information and close deals effectively.

- Results-oriented and target-driven: Possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving sales goals.

- Self-motivated and proactive: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
