Sales Manager
Job Summary :
- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our agency channel sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and carry out a sales strategy to meet goals and develop market share.
- To generate commercial development, build and sustain excellent connections with agency partners.
- To make certain that the agency sales staff faces performance standards, provide oversight and direction.
- For finding fresh prospects, keep an eye on industry patterns and competition behavior.
- Collaborate with different units to ensure that services are worked and delivered in on time to agency partners.
- Conduct regular assessments of success, and provide guidance and advice to the agency's sales team.
- Prepare and give sales reports to managerial levels.
Qualifications :
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 3 years of field sales or BFSI experience.
- Excellent managing others, communicating, and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain connection with key stakeholders
- Expertise in the insurance companies is preferred, as is knowing of the agency channel.
- Successfully succeeded sales targets and set a sales team
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to sales strategies and decision-making
- Willingness to travel when necessary.
Salary : 25000/- To 30000/- as per month
