- Sales Manager lead a sales team by providing guidance, training, and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories, and building their team. Their primary function is to offer goods and services to customers so their companies can turn a profit.

Job Roles and Responsibilities :

- The recruitment and instruction of the advisory team.

- Providing timely training for the advisor.

- Establishing a customer base with the group.

- Monitoring the activities and performance of the sales staff.

- Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.

- To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.

- Achieve weekly, monthly and yearly targets

- Promote companies' products via all possible modes

Required Competencies :

- Building & Leveraging Relationships

- Team-playing ability

- Strong Network in the local market

- Ability to work under pressure

- Any type of degree

- 2 years at the very least in sales and marketing
