Job Profile :

- Through your own references, you handle the team.

- This will be a role-playing position with a fixed salary and 100% field work incentives.

- Candidates ought to have at least two years of sales experience.

- Application of a sales plan By using market segmentation, expand the market's reach and penetration. Recruit new clients to boost sales.

- In charge of hiring and supervising agents


- Locate, hire, and manage advisors from the relevant area

- Educate and inspire advisors to provide a deeper comprehension of the market and products

- Follow up on and evaluate agent performance. as much business as possible for them

- Regular customer contact is necessary to meet standards.

- Monitoring and executing the process for using your advisors to drive sales.

- Evaluating the performance of your advisors.

- Generating steady sales output.

- Extensive verbal communication skills: Strong entrepreneurial skills, relationship management skills, customer service intent, sales aptitude, and interpersonal skills, as well as a working knowledge of the local language

- Individual who is extremely driven by their own ambition to achieve both personal and team goals

Candidate profile, required :

- Two or more years of sales experience candidate with experience and a cover letter who wants to work in sales and marketing

- Candidate should be able to manage his own team, be local, and have a maximum age of 38 years.
