Manager - Sales - BFS (2-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Manager-Agency will be responsible for handling an off-roll team of sales consultants in Agency Channel
- Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning & execution of the Agency team
- Achieve Targets related to Premium and NOP in order to contribute in overall growth of the company.
- Recruit, develop and train team members & ensure relevant people in the right place at right time in order to maximize the productivity.
- Allocate leads to the team members as per targets decided.
- Hand hold and guide the on the sales process, lead conversion and closure of sale.
- Executes smooth function of the sales and other processes in order to maximize business potential.
- Periodically monitor and review performance on the assigned top line and health parameters.
- Ensure that actual sales and service aspects including sales calls, issuance and complaint handling are carried out without any blocks.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Must be a Graduate
- Effective Communication
- Age should not be below 39 years
- Should have 2-8 years of Field Sales experience
- CTC : Max Up to 4.5. Lakh/ Annum+ Incentives
