Manager - Sales - BFS (2-8 yrs)
- The Sales Manager is in charge of managing a team of experts who work on sales and marketing initiatives for the business.
Role :
- Find business associates and advisors
- Plan regulatory trainings
- Hold daily, weekly, and monthly business meetings
- Set monthly income and goal targets
- Work in the field together with business associates
- Meet monthly goals and objectives
- Encourage advisors and business associates to participate in various sales competitions.
- Focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Complete monthly goals.
- In charge of strengthening your team through networking on your own.
- Bringing in new clients for the business; being able to generate leads
- Cold-calling potential clients; and building relationships with them.
- Ability to work on Team Environment.
- Provide Training and Motivation for Agents.
- Generate Business though Agents And Network.
Requirements :
- A degree in any field
- Sales, marketing, or BFSI experience of one or more years is required.
- Age range required : 21 to 38 years
- Effective interpersonal relations abilities.
