Manager - Sales - BFS (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- To drive channel strategy/philosophy/processes across the entire region
Recruitment :
- To ensure capacity utilization by recruiting FLS as per the manpower budget.
- To ensure adherence to recruitment criteria and process set by the company.
Business Development :
- To drive Business Target.
- To ensure that leads generated by the call center are allocated, tracked and closed.
- To ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved
- To ensure Business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS) , Lead Utilization and conversion are tracked, maintained and reviewed on daily basis.
- To drive various R&R at the team level as defined by the company from time to time.
Man-management :
- To motivate and retain team.
- To maintain Roster for Team
- To provide Handholding and sales orientation to FLS Joint Calls.
- To identify Training Requirement of FLS and handhold via L&D Manager or personally conduct them as and when required.
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation : In any Stream
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
- CTC : up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Others

- F2F Interview/Video Call Interview with Line Manager
