Manager - Sales - BFS (2-6 yrs)
- We are hiring a professional individual that drives company development by identifying new market possibilities, selling to them, strengthening connections with current clients, and establishing and maintaining new client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Examine prospects and their position in the industry to identify business possibilities; research and analyze sales choices.
- Make connections with prospects, build relationships with them, and propose things to them to sell.
- Deal with consumers or objections as well as negotiate and conclude transactions.
- Establish buyer personas
- Meeting monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets.
- Being present during sales team meetings.
- Gathers summarizes, and analyses data to provide reports.
Candidate Profiles :
- Good awareness of bargaining approaches and marketing tactics
- Rapid learning ability and a strong desire to sell
- Self-motivated professional with a results-oriented attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiating and problem-solving abilities.
- 2+ years of sales and marketing experience is required.
- Should be local.
- Must be Graduated
