Manager - Sales - BFS (2-6 yrs)
- To be successful as a sales Manager you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales Manager should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Identify buyer persona profiles
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
Candidate Profile :
- Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics
- Faster learning ability and passion for sales
- Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- 2+ years of sales and marketing experience.
- Should be local
