Manager - Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Managing sales and commercial goals for the chosen category branches while hitting or exceeding key objectives
- To ensure that sales targets are met with the best possible market penetration
- To lead and manage a sales staff efficiently, provide them with ongoing coaching. Benchmark competition targets and find whitespaces to grow wallet share.
- To guarantee that the sales team's conduct, ethics, and procedures adhere to business standards and regulations
- Design sales strategies and initiatives that will boost sales performance in close collaboration with branch level partner stakeholders and internal hierarchy.
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation : In any Stream
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
