Manager - Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Hire, train, and manage the sales staff
- Set objectives and sales quotas, such as base sales targets and stretch goals, and make the necessary adjustments.
- Examine the present sales procedure and make adjustments.
- Create individual quotas and assign team members sales regions.
- Ensure your current clientele is happy while actively seeking out new clients.
- Improve the sales strategy for current products and create one for new ones.
- Overseeing, guiding, training, coaching, and rating the performance of the sales team
- Monitoring and controlling the reporting and automation process for customer relationship management (CRM)
- Using data and CRM, evaluate each individual's success in sales
