Roles and Responsibility :
- Train and encourage agents to develop more knowledge of the market.
- Ensure that Active Advisor productivity is maintained at an elevated standard.
- Reaching your sales targets with pursuing your channel strategy
- Developing plans for action and carrying out performance evaluations.
- Ensure business ethics and integrity.
- Your ability to build a strong and durable distribution network will decide your success.
- Consultants in performance evaluation and daily activity tracking
- Identifying customer needs and delivering a high degree of customer satisfaction that results in customer joy.
Candidate Profile :
- Age 22 to 38 years.
- A degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years Experience in field Sale and Marketing
- Excellent Negotiations Skills
- Being able to mentor and coach your team
