Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Description :
- Increase AUM, Net Sales, and Market Share of through Channels
Channel management :
- Develop and Strengthen relationships to promote schemes across IFA- s, National Distributors and Banks
- Knowledge sharing and training of channel partners by making effective sales presentations on products
- Activation of dormant channel partners
- Liaison within the Organization to ensure that information and servicing needs of the Channel partners/investors are met
- Effectively handle queries/grievances while following with TAT
- Regular MIS and reporting
Key Skills :
- Ability to think through & implement necessary strategies to ensure healthy market share
- Strong networking & relationship building skills necessary to manage high-end investors & distributors
- In-depth knowledge of MF Industry, Products & Financial Markets (Equity/Debt)
- Excellent Communication & Good Presentation Skills
- Self-Starter, Proactive & Target Oriented
- High Enthusiasm & Aggression
- Pleasing Personality
