Our Client is looking for Loan Manager & Sales Manager
The Job Sales Manager :
- Generate leads through reference and self sourcing to convert potential gold loan customers
- Ensuring contact center lead conversion through personal meet
- Meet prospective customers at their premises (home or office) to pitch company's benefit & explain offerings to convert positive sale
- Successfully convert potential leads to sale in communication with the central team-
- Maintain a positive connect with customers for repeat sale, cross sell and new references
- Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets by converting customers and share required MIS / Details with central team time to time
- Involves frequent-daily travelling within assigned area, to meet customers
- Ensure company policies and process are explained to customer and address all queries / concerns to ensure customer is completely aware of end to end defined terms & conditions
- Ensure internal team is timely completing customers KYC processing & Gold appraising within TAT as per defined organizational criteria's and requirements by internal teams
- Ensure customer has received the loan amount transferred with in TAT
- Asses and alert on any possible risks before loan processing
- Assist internal team members and other departments with required information and details with proactive communications and cooperation
- Ensuring customer with time management and defined process adherences
- Cross sell of other IIFL products as per requirements
Ideal Candidate Sales Manager :
- Must have Graduation / Post Graduation in any stream.
- Must have prior experience in sales of at least 1-2 Years, Gold Loan is added advantage
- Mindset to asses potential risks and evaluations to avoid any potential risks
- Ability to Influencing with right set of ethics and core values
- Good communication skills, Customer centric with a flair to sales to support with leads from existing customers
- Role involves travelling between customer premises and our branches. Own vehicle with valid driving license
- Knowledge of industry / financial products/ Portfolio of customers
- Making value addition to your internal as well as external stakeholders
- Socializing / Networking and Relationship building & bonding
- Passion clubbed with hunger to drive business through relationships
- Developing new channels for sales like tie up with banks & sales agencies for Gold Loan
- Highly aggressive, target driven approach to sales
- You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
