Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling Products
- Assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents
- Licensing, tracking and activation of the agents
- Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and provide regular product and process training to them
- Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolve issues and queries.
- Achieving assigned PMS target
Required Candidate profile :
- Bachelor's degree
- Candidate must have Good Communication Skills
