Manager - Sales - BFS (1-2 yrs)
- BFSI are where we are hiring candidates. In order to cover your assigned geography for this field job, which is similar to any other sales position, Agents must travel.
Job Role :
- In the designated territory, agents are recruited, trained, and used to generate business.
- Accountable for licensing and regularly monitoring activation of the same.
- To regularly meet with agents, Lead Providers, and intermediaries while keeping organized records of each.
- Building a solid rapport with the team and the clients.
- Making sure all employees practice effective time management.
- Adhering to the rules, regulations, and policies of the organization and making sure that everyone else does.
- Analyzing market and industry trends and applying research to better the business.
Finding the right life advisors :
- Finding the ideal life advisors by meeting ideal LA specifications and differentiating them by their meaning and purpose to protect
- Create a number of avenues for LA hiring, such as running neighborhood events and fervently promoting agency as a profession.
Meet business objectives :
- The accomplishment of monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans
- Plan and complete at least three sincere sales or recruitment calls each day, and inform your line manager of your progress.
- Keeping LA productive in line with the business plan
Candidate Profile :
- Any stream of graduation.
- At least 1- 2 Years in Sales and Marketing
- A lovely disposition and effective communication abilities.
- A person who is up for challenges.
- The applicant has lived at their current address for at least three years.
