3) Exp in Sales of various scanners and Barcode technology

3) Proven record of accomplishment of consistence achievements and exceeding sales target approach.

4) Willing & Ability to travel as per demand all across the zone.

4) Tech savvy mind with ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment.

5) Impressive personality with good communication skills

5) Create an area of new business and nurture the existing clients.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Handling & Drive entire company sales.

2) Designing target for team, tracking and grooming them to achieve maximum sales targets.

3) Forecast, maintain and provide reports and opportunity status to build a solid, predictable and recurring revenue.

4) Develop new opportunities and customer relationships in different market verticals.

5) Build and close a pipeline of significant Annual Revenue.

6) Conduct timely Business Reviews with your customers, share product roadmaps, identify areas of improvement, and assist the training of our products.

7) Foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations.

8) Work closely with BDM to generate funnel and prospect at accounts. Summary of duties:

9) Winning New Business: Your hunting ground will be India and your targets include new business from all sectors.

10) Account Management : Building relationship within your accounts is a priority to you and you will have built solid relationships with mid and senior level executives across business, marketing and technology teams.

11) Conduct research to identify new markets and enterprise customer needs

12) Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Requirements

And time to time responsibilities given by the management.

KPI for the current year :

1) To generate 70 lacs revenue from the new business. (60%)

2) To generate the new account from automotive/ Ecommerce etc. sector. (20%)

3) To explore new areas (5%)

4) To explore cross sales of the existing clients. (10%)

5) Joint visit at key clients with the BDM. Min 10 visits per BDM per month (5%)
