Manager - Sales - Banking (2-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated team of insurance agents.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with agents and clients to foster loyalty and growth.
- Stay abreast of market trends and identify potential opportunities for expansion.
- Ensure high levels of satisfaction among customers and provide exceptional support to agents.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
- At least 2 year of field sales experience in any industry.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; adept at negotiation and problem-solving.
- Ownership of a bike and a valid driver's license.
