Manager - Sales - Banking (2-5 yrs)
Job Description:
- 2+ years of experience in sales from Fintech, Payments, Telecom, e-commerce, Business solutions & wallet companies.
- Product - AEPS, DMT, Micro ATM, Insurance, Bill payments, Recharges Etc.
- Establish and manage a network of distributors and retailers in the given territory
- Create/expand and lead a team of Channel Partners.
- Should possess Product/solution selling experience to Retail customers to acquire new merchants.
- Good knowledge of the retail industry
- Has a flair for numbers and can deliver the assigned business targets driving sales activities
- Customer-centric approach with prior experience interfacing with customers and should be an excellent negotiator.
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, adaptable to changes, takes initiative and have creative selling approaches
- Should possess strong analytical, presentation, networking, relationship building skills
- Forecast potential sales and revenue targets effectively from new and existing markets and maximize sales
Qualifications:
- Graduation with any Stream
- Familiar with the basics of Computers & Androids
- Experience in B2C sales is a strong advantage.
