We're seeking someone who :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven ability to build and lead successful teams.
- You have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for identifying opportunities and challenges in the market.
- You're a natural leader who thrives on creating a positive and supportive environment for your team.
- You have a deep understanding of the community and its specific needs, allowing you to effectively connect with clients and build trust.
Qualification Criteria :
- Hold a Bachelor's degree.
- Be between 22 and 38 years old.
- Have resided locally for at least 3-5 years.
