Manager - Sales - Banking (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement lead generating plans in order to locate prospective clients.
- Make use of a range of platforms, such as industry networks and internet platforms, to produce high-quality leads.
- Work together on lead generation campaign optimisation with the marketing team.
- Manage and guide a group of inside sales agents with a conversion-oriented approach.
- Clearly define your lead conversion goals and offer advice on efficient lead nurturing techniques.
- To improve the team's lead conversion abilities, hold frequent training sessions.
- Create and execute successful inside sales tactics depending on leads.
- Examine lead data to find patterns and areas where conversion rates could be raised.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales departments to synchronise plans for optimal effect.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
