Manager - Sales - Banking (1-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Produce leads by emailing, cold phoning, and other methods.
- Handle incoming enquiries and develop a solid rapport with clients.
- Assure lead quality by figuring out who the important decision-makers are and what they need.
- Enable the efficient transfer of qualified leads to sales teams so they can be converted.
- To assist with lead generation initiatives, keep up-to-date contact databases and account listings.
- Fulfil the weekly and monthly goals that the company has set.
- Proven proficiency in fostering relationships and providing customer service is highly regarded.
- It is deemed beneficial to have relevant credentials in these technologies.
- To investigate sales possibilities, send cold calls and emails.
- Examine accounts on a regular basis to pinpoint key players.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
