Manager - Sales - Banking (1-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Find new customers by making calls, attending events, or even knocking on doors.

- Build good relationships with customers so they stick around.

- Talk to customers to figure out what they want from a bank account.

- Recommend the right account for each customer.

- Explain our accounts in a simple way so customers understand.

- Help customers open their accounts and fill out any forms they need.

- Work with other teams to share what customers like and want.

- Hit sales targets each month.

Qualifications :

- A degree in business, finance, or similar.

- Some experience in sales, especially in banking.

- Good at talking to people and convincing them.

- Can work alone or in a team.

- Knows a bit about banking.
