Manager - Sales - Bank (6-9 yrs)
The main job responsibilities for this role would be
- Customer Acquisition through Savings Account and Current Account.
- Managing the End to End Process within the given TAT from Acquisition to Activation of Accounts.
- Ensuring that the team members are properly trained on adherence to the requirements as per the KYC norms prescribed by RBI/Bank.
- Doing joint Sales Calls with Team Members daily.
- Recruiting and training the team members on regular basis
- Ensuring that the quality of services is maintained as per the Bank Standards.
- Acquiring new Corporate Relationships for Bank through Savings and Current Account.
Candidate qualification & experience :
- Graduate / preferably an MBA with minimum of 6+ years of Sales Experience in Liabilities Products of any Bank
- He would have managed a Team Size of 8 to 10 for at least 3 years
- A Self Motivated Person with Good communication and Presentation skills
- Bank RL KYC Knowledge is a must
- Drive for Results
- Ability to work for multiple products
- Should be a Team player, Passionate, energetic and a fast learner
- Ready to accept challenges & innovative thinker
- Looking out for profiles from Retail sales, NBFCs, BSM-CASA, but not someone from the insurance segment.
