Job Description:

It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned geography to meet Financial Consultant and customers. Your ability to build a strong and sustainable distribution network will define your success. Your business targets will include the no. of active, successful Financial Consultants, distribution build up and overall premium.

AKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Recruitment of team of sales consultants

- Organize and run recruitment events for sales consultants

- Conducts review discussions/wake-up meetings as and when required

- Plan goals & performance needs for sales consultants in a periodic manner

- Is expected to be an expert in the sales process, and conduct mechanisms to build same with his team- through periodic on floor coaching.

- Assisting newly-recruited or less experienced Sales Agents in answering technical questions posed by consumers

- Analysing sales metrics to determine whether current sales techniques are effective

Candidates Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream

- Minimum 2 to 6 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing in any domain

- Proven sales management experience.

- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office

- Face to Face Interview at Branch with Line Manager
