Manager - Sales - Bank (2-6 yrs)
Responsibility & Role:
- Closely collaborate with the Organization's Business Leaders to develop a plan for capital needs and financial institution coverage.
- Internally coordinating with the business team, risk operations team, and finance team to meet all financing partner criteria
- Making sure that all deliverables are finished on schedule in order to close arrangements, such as co-lending, platform financing, or debt raising.
- Suggest raising on-balance sheet capital to NBFCs.
- To increase FI coverage and raise money in the form of debt, use digital and physical channels.
- Handhold a group of NBFCs to bring them on board and keep the connection going.
- Carry out vendor credit evaluations and support the development of the credit model.
- Recognize the entire lending and platform journey and offer recommendations for the roadmap
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation - In any Stream
- Age - 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
- CTC - up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Others
