Manager - Sales - Bank (2-5 yrs)
As a CASA Sales Manager at Bank, your primary responsibility is to acquire new customers and increase the bank's Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) base. Also, Responsible to cross selling third party Banking products.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential customers through various channels and acquiring them
- Meeting with prospective customers and explaining the benefits of opening a CASA account with Bank
- Cross-selling other banking products and services to customers to increase their engagement with the bank
- Maintaining and building relationships with existing customers to retain their business
- Meeting assigned targets for new customer acquisition, CASA account opening and cross-selling of banking products and services
- Maintaining knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the market
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and bank policies and procedures
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Graduation / Post Graduation
- 2 to 6 Years of experience in Field Sales and Marketing of any domain
- Banking/Finance and Insurance Domain experience considered first
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills
- Strong Negotiation and persuasion skills
