Manager - Sales - Bank (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- The purpose of the job is to drive sales targets by maintaining positive relationships with the channel partner and teams in the allocated branches/geography.
- Sales Achievement
- Drive the assigned sales target through assigned bank branches
- Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement
- Optimally use available technology platforms to service customers and provide quicker closures on cases to the Lead Generators
- Relationship Building
- Network and build a strong relationships with bank leadership and staff of the bank branches assigned
- Connect with employees of the bank branches regularly to train them on insurance
